Poor Service!!!

<p>Ive been liaising with FET Assessment Manager (Andrew Gilchrist), Firstly Damelin's higher certificate of 2002 holds no currency in terms of credits, but on a personal level ive requested a new electronic version of my certificate and alfter proving all required info, i received a last emailing stating that they are awaing notification of payment? in all correspondance this is only mention at the last email????</p> <p> </p> <p>Not good service </p>
