Poor Service

My daughter registered for their online foundations of teaching grade R course November 2017 and completed the course in May 2018. All fees have been paid and we are still waiting for the certificate. We have spoken to at least 6 people, because it is always someone elses problem. No one returns calls. Some of the staff that we have spoken to include Nirvanie/Samina Karrim/Kalayvani Baburam/Zimkita Nkohla/ and Susan Greyling who was supposed to assist during the course of the studies has suddenly disappeared. Why is it so difficult to print the certificate and send it to us.
