Poor co-ordination from Damelin Online

I have registered with Damlin online in 2020 December 24th, I was told the course is 2 years. I am on the final modules 9 & 10 but my account has been suspended without any warning or contact. I was given 48 hours to contact a student co-ordinator which I am waiting on the helpline for 40 minutes plus and getting no response. My assignments are still being marked as I am receiving the emails but I cannot access the portal. Hence I cannot download more study material or continue my studies. My course is paid in full. I have also emailed every possible email address I have and contacted them via social media. I have no response from anyone. We are given 2 months per module to complete the course, with zero breaks for holidays (Christmas, dewali, easter) we expected to study like robots. Student advisors do not contact us when our assignments are late and we do not have a set time table to submit our assignments. I was not informed that my submissions are late and the implications of it being late. When we fail modules we have to re-do it and no extra time is given, it all must be completed in 2 years. How we expected to redo a module and submit a new module at the same time, they are very unreasonable. I will like them to contact me as my course is paid for and I have not been given a chance to complete it.
