Paying and receiving statements after canceling!!

I registered with damelin online about 3 months ago. They told me that I have a certain amount of days to cancel the registration should I change my mind. I sent a email about 5 days later informing them that I want to cancel since I relooked my finances and won't be able to afford it. A lady from damelin phoned a day later and was told again to cancel. Two days later I receive a cancelation form, I completed it and emailed it. To my surprise my account was debited by damelin the next month I resent the email only to find they did it again this month. It's absolutely ridiculous as I never even logged into the website. I am shocked with the service and would not recommend damelin to anyone!
