PAY BACK THE MONEY!! PAY BACK THE MONEY!!

Way back in April 2019, my husband signed up to do a course through Damelin Mowbray Cape Town, we paid the R550 deposit and paid for the Short Programme in Strategic Management in full @ R9 494. I will not even go into the poor service as we beyond that. The course was due to start in May, we received absolutely no communication, we followed-up 2 days before the course was due to start and they tell us no, they don't have enough students, so the course will start next month. By June when there was still no course, we requested our money back. We completed the refund form and submitted it twice. We got told we have to wait 3-months for them to process our refund .... 3-months - Well okay. In November when we still had not heard from Damelin, we follow-up and got routed to their refunds department in Durban. After numerous phone calls and empty promises, Damelin still has our R9 494. How much longer are we expected to wait for the refund of the fees we paid in full for a course you could not commit to. Bunch of ******* - I would not recommend Damelin to anyone. Wish I had read the million of reviews prior to us choosing Damelin as we not alone in the struggle.

Now I ask Damelin - How much longer should we wait for OUR money???
