Passing the buc

As of 15th of January I had paid in full for a correspondence course in Logistics and supply management. As soon as payment was made the person who was contacting me constantly for proof of payment and course details has been passing the buc saying his head office his head office. I was told tha delivery of study material will be done in 21days tha was on the 15th January. I night not be a math wiz but it is the 25th of February and received three please call me mesages. It was the courier who after may telefonic conversations arrived with a beat up parcel one of two i read. Sorry sir the other is lost great tha was yeserday 24th February. Jaco Swanepoel takesno responsibility saying my queries were forwarded to head office well then who arduou sir and why did you take and hound me formu money only to have nothing to do with my course or service delivery.
