Palesa from Damelin very rude

I made a telephone enquiry today as a parent to confirm my daughter's results. I spoke to one woman called Palesa from Pretoria who was very rude and unprofessional. She imp**** l have no right to requesting those results but when they want fees, they call me and not the student. Palesa must have manners and must know how to be polite. She says l must ask the student but as a parent l reserve the right to ask the college just to verify.

She even dropped the phone while we were still talking. I would not recommend anyone to take their child to Damelin
