Paid up letter
I am utterly disappointed on the service I am getting at Educor I settled their account and are making me run up and down to get a paid up letter but they were the ones sending me emails and sms to pay the account. Hayibo.

Can you believe he was asking me the outstanding balance, asked how I wanted him to assist me, he went as far as telling me I was being difficult for asking him if he did not have the account at hand. I settled the account on the 25th to this day I have not received my paid up letter. Educor is telling me to call Fusion and Jay asked if I wanted to speak to Educor. How hard is it to simply provide a paid up letter.
