Paid in full but no study material...no way!

I am having the worst experience with receiving my study material and I feel like Damelin correspondence is the most unhelpful and unprofessional institution in this regard. I paid my fees on the 25th Feb 2016 and I received confirmation of registration and request for study material on that day and we are already in March whereby I have not received any study material. I received an email from Duval on the 20/02/2016 advising that the matter has been escalated and should be sorted-however nothing happened and I called back on the 23rd to follow up-and was advised someone would contact me, which did not happen. So I rep**** to Duval's email on the 26/02/2016 and called today to follow up once more-ridiculous, absolutely poor service. There may be assignments due in this month and I will only have a few days to complete them-this is totally unfair. It's been more than 21 working days and I need to speak to management!
