OVERDUE REFUND SINCE SEPT 2014 - CABIN CREW COURSE

In March 2014, an amount of R29 900 was paid for my daughter studies NGF Manyoni. Three (3) subjects were credited and application submitted in September 2014 for a refund of R6800.00.<br> <br> We were informed not to expect any payment earlier than 3 months. On 08 January 2015, I sent an email to Damelin Bramley to query about the status of the application to which it was handed to Dumie Dlamini to follow up. I called towards the end of January 2015 to find out about the status of the application, and I was told, Lindi Skhosana in Finance dept @ branch was still on leave and I should call back the following week. I made the call and Lindi said that the application was submitted to Durban and has been approved and I should expect payment by end of February 2015.<br> <br> When I called in February, I was referred to Damelin H/O Durban, Shantal Maharaj that she deals with finances. She confirmed receipt of application and promised payment by end March 2015. Dumie recently promised to follow up after I complained to Exec but no answers when I call. To date no refund received which was due on 15 May 2015. Its excuses re Management approval
