Outstanding is - COST & MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

After numerous calls I have been making to student services with regards to cost and management study material that is outstanding since I registered from 05/05/15. I have spoken to Nicolette Lawson as per mail below nothing has happened still since from then but other that no one calls to update with the situation. On 13/07/15 I spoke to the lady by the name of Geraldine and she said dispatch is still waiting for the material from supplier, and my question to her was up until when is the student gonna have to wait, and she said she doesn't know. I then requested for the superior which I was made to wait for for more than five minutes then hung up which I then decided to call you because we are frustrated by this now. The student has missed the first deadline for writing exams now in August which was in June and now I'm worried she is going to miss August deadline to write in November. The reason she registered is because she wanted to study now and without material there's no point. The student and I , are very much dissapointed by all of this. we had the utmost respect for you as an Institution since we were served with diligence during the first course of junior bookkeeper
