Outstanding Certiificate and qualification

Since 2017 we have been struggling to get a certificate for a course that my daughter completed at Damelin. They were quick to remind us for payment, but ABSOLUTELY NO JOY in terms of getting the Certificate. If I could I would give NO Stars as rating.
