not delivering as promised

At Damelin college they say they offer \quality education"for their students but that's absurd because at Damelin college students are humiliated and embarrassed when they are a month behind of their fees more especially the 'black south Africans' but they let coloured students and students from Africa to walk freely on campus they give them access cards then they tell securities to rescue us out of campus. Damelin college is a very very DISORGANIZED institution"
