NON-DELIVERY OF STUDY MATERIAL

Dear Sir / Mam,<br> I trust that you are well<br> <br> During the course of last year my brother was enrolled with Damelin to complete matric.<br> I was promised delivery of his study material before end of December however after 3 deliveries, there are still 10 books outstanding. I have been continually following up with the 2 consultants whose e-mail addresses I have but I keep getting an excuse about their suppliers been out of stock or no response at all<br> <br> It seems all they cared about was ensuring I pay the deposit and that the DR order goes off every month. Yet I do not have all the material which was promised to be delivered by the end of December. I am paying R10000.00 for this material.<br> <br> My brothers job is now in jeopardy, as the company he is employed at will only employ him permanently once he has written his matric exam. Unfortunately due to the run around I am getting from Damelin, I do not see it humanly possible for him to write matric exam in June this year when he is still missing half the material<br> <br> I am beyond distressed & do not know what to do.<br> My brother has a 5 year old daughter who he takes care of single handed, now his job is in jeopardy thanks to Damelin
