NO STUDY MATERIAL PROVIDED TO STUDENT SINCE LAST

Dear Sir/Madam<br> I have app**** with Damelin last year Dec 2015 and I have received my student material even to day(03 Feb 2015) <br> Poor service has been rendered to student - I have app**** last year Dec 2015 and I have not received my study material till date (03 Feb. 16).<br> 2. *********** Student Consultant -I have made numerous calls regarding my study material and I'm always being sent to pillar to post with insufficient information.<br> 3. So I don't see the point why I should continue studying with Damelin. <br> 4.I'm receiving invoices every month regarding my fees so the QUESTION is WHY SHOULD I PAY? I'M PAYING FOR WHAT EXACTLY?<br> 5.I WANT MY REFUND NOW IM BEING TOLD ABOUT 4 WEEKS WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND.<br> <br> CAN I BE REFUNDED SO I CAN USE THAT MONEY TO REGISTER WITH ANOTHER CAMPUS WHERE THEY VALUED STUDENTS NEEDS AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPONTANCE OF EDUCATION.!!!!!<br> <br> I wouldn't advice anyone to use Damelin Campus due to the above and they seem not to understand the \IMPOTANCE OF EDUCATION'\"<br> <br> I have spoken with the following people:<br> Yolanda in Call centre<br> Palesa Tsotetsi<br> Nicolette Lawson Student Consultant<br> Chantel in Accounts"
