no results from 2007 - broken promises

I completed my facilitation course in 2007 and was certified in 2008 and received my Damelin Certificate deeming me competent. To my surprise I am still not registered with ETDP SETA. I have been following up on this since 2008 and have lost patience. Too many broken promises. I've lost track of the number of emails and visits to this institution. I was promised that the head of Damelin Braamfontein would get back to me but till today it has not happened. This is affecting my career as well as my studies. I can't redo a course I completed so many years ago and have been actively facilitating for so many years. I really need the credits. I am fed up with Damelin and would like the whole country to know about my disappoint and dilemma.
