No Refund Since March – No Response from Damelin

I am extremely disappointed with Damelin College. Since March 2024, when the institution was deregistered by the Department of Higher Education, I have been trying to get a refund for the fees I paid—for services that were never rendered.

Despite numerous requests, emails, and phone calls, I have received no refund, no assistance, and no meaningful communication. Staff do not answer calls, and emails go completely ignored. It's unacceptable for any educational institution to treat students this way—especially after being deregistered for failing to meet basic education standards.

We were promised refunds when the college lost its registration, yet to this day, nothing has been done. I feel completely ****med and neglected. Students deserve accountability, respect, and their money back.
