No R500 registration fees refund

<p>So I sent my brother to damelin benoni to get information about civil engineering. This was after I spoke to valencia from the website on the phone about the course and she assisted me. I was under the impression that registration fees is R 1000 and if we have to cancel we will only get back R500. After my brother consulted he was told that his registration fees is R1000 but not that there is a down payment of R 9000 before the end of January. I thought the job of consultants is to guide yound students as to the structure of the courses and finance option but nooo I was wrong I made the mistake of thinking that he is in good hands. Now damelin Benoni say there's no such a thing as a refund of R500 on the fees and I'm smoking my socks. Thanks Damelin.</p>
