No Qualification

I was studying NC banking with Damelin City Campus in 2015.1 year coourse.I submitted all of my **** files and paid up all of my intuition fees.3years later after I passed my course I still don’t have my qualification when I call the college I’m being told to speak to the Fet Coodinate “Lindiwe Masako”whom we have been exchanging emails on what’s going on with my qualification to a point she doesn’t reply to my emails anymore when I call the college she’s avoiding with excuses of how busy she is.Ive also Lodge a complain to the customer care center of Damelin still no help.i feel like I wasted a year at the collage as today I find myself without a qualification that I paid R22000 for.
