No ETDP Registration since 2008

I am so disappointed with this institution. They have ruined my career. I completed the facilitation course in 2008 and I attended my graduation and I was issued a certificate. To my surprise I have since not been registered with ETDP SETA. As someone who works with the SETA on a daily bases I understood that this process does take time but not 7 years. I contacted the SETA and they referred me back to Damelin. I have since been following up on this and Rithesh Nundlal who is the Part Time Academic Manager at Damelin Braamfontein Tel: *** E-mail: [Email Removed] promised to sort this out but I have since been waiting. He is not returning my calls and emails and sometimes not at his office. As a result I have to enrol for this course with another institution as UJ will not credit me with my qualification without this qualification. I have missed out on a lot of facilitation opportunities in the past 7 years. I have contacted my Lawyer who is looking into this matter but why my I pay a Lawyer after having paid for the course. I since have not been registered with ETDP SETA and I have not received the SOR from Damelin. Please assist my career is on the line
