No ASSIGNMENTS RETURNED

My son enrolled for a course at Damelin a year ago, numerous assignments have been submitted and to date no assignment results or feedback have been received. We have phoned and emailed so many times but have not had any assistance - instead you get lame excuses and promises to 'look into' the matter. Only after posting on Hello Peter did we get some kind of response from the college. After being assured that the assignments had been returned to us they gave us tracking numbers to trace the docs. The tracking numbers were for documents posted in 2011 - years before my son started studying through them!!!! I have still had no response or assistance in this regard and my emails go unanswered. We still have received no assignments and have no way forward. They were so quick to take payment but that's where their involvement stopped. I might has well have flushed money down the toilet. They have not held up to their side of the contract, are unprofessional and unhelpful.
