My Certificate from Damelin

I did an online short course with Damelin. I finished the course and am now awaiting my certificate. I've sent emails to Damelin with no response, and this is becoming a problem for me. I've already paid for a new online course and am hesitant to take it. I need your assistance in obtaining my results from Damelin.
