Lead by what you teach

Signed up to study Hr. Then only to find out after I was registered with fee paid that I can't work and study and that I was mislead for registering. I had to decide to study via correspondence and registration fees was transfered. After waiting a period within 30 days I requested to cancel as I received no word. Was informed money will be refunded but since 2017 to now no money paid back. Called support and was informed nothing on file.....
