Lazy Damelin delaying my qualification!

My colleagues and I started a program with Damelin in July last year, and because of legislation were required to complete the one year course in a space of 6 months. We adhered to their schedule by attending class and submitting all assignments on time and wrote exams according to sheduled time. However Damelin has not kept their end of the bargain. Damelin failed to offer us support as students (and we did request it) and by the looks of things, do not allow students to express our views when we receive unsatisfactory service from lecturers. I quote the following from Roseline Kamwendo when we wrote to her about our concerns for a particular unit standard, and this was her callous response "students usually vent their anger when they fail a unit standard" Further to the initial Complaint, our last exam has not been marked, nor have our assignments been marked. We haven't received results from an exam we wrote last December and needless to say, we still have not completed the course that we were pressurized to complete in a short period of time, unusual to the normal time frame of this particular course. I'm at risk of losing my job because Damelin is dragging their feet.
