lack of concern,causes student low mark

I would like to bring to your attention the lack of concern, feedback & commitment given to my child.The lack of the teacher's comm's to me has caused my son to get this low mark and a drop in pass rate. The LO teacher is a new and paid less attention to my child's needs& they have smaller classes, Apart from this she didn't even have the questionaire in the teachers file as when I raised the question, it was stated by the principal that its handed to the kids & she did not have a copy of the task in file,every teacher should have a copy of all work handed to students in a file and readily accessible when a question arises on any task, esp in this case. What role did the principal play as my son got such a low mark and not once did they contact with me where is the monitoring processes to ensure the proper monitoring over the teachers work and especially of their weak students. Wheres the assessment of kids marks, what role did the academic head play in this to determine who the weak students are and how to help them for finals,I have requested a meeting with the owner & to date have being ignored,I paid this College 65000PA for a 1st yr teacher to gamble with matric students marks
