Lack of communication and ability deliver on their promises - Legal Action

The lack of communication is utterly disappointing. I've send multiple email and continues to get the same feedback, if they even reply. It's been 4 months since I wrote my final exam and submitted my project. My fees are payed in full and I'm still waiting for my final results. I've decided to take legal action against damelin. They are unprofessional and don't have the ability deliver on their promises.
