I’ve been waiting for 5months to get my certificate

I was supposed to graduate this year April 2020 but the pandemic happened and the graduation ceremony got cancelled. I haven’t received any communication from Damelin regarding my certificate I had to send out tons of emails and I tried calling but there’s no luck. I went to the campus and it went to the campus only to find it’s ghost town the academic manager wasn’t there even the general manager.

I’ve been trying to reach out for 2/3 months and there’s still no luck as they are busy giving me excuses I even called the national office in Randburg they failed to help me. If I was owing my fees they would have been blowing up my phone. If I don’t get my certificate by the 15th of September 2020 I’m taking this to the media maybe they will see that I’m serious.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to Damelin.
