+_R24 000 was paid cash to Damelin online matric 2021. The problem started when when they were told to go register themselves with the department of education for NSC exams. All 9 students who are the class of 2021 matric with Damelin were denied by the department because there was no proof that they were with the school since Damelin didn’t give them any proof or any assistance whatsoever. The emails were sent to the head office by students, branch office and the consultant that helped us to register. They took their time (weeks or month) to respond as if they were running away from solving the problem. Later the students were told that the school is taking care of the matter. Later we find out that all the students in Durban branch are not registered they can’t get exam numbers. We called and emailed with no respond. Parents came together and asked to meet with the branch manager so she can explain but the lady was blank but she took the matter into her hands to get the answers for parent and students ...they made her believe that the management was having negotiations with the department of education for like a month A week ago the main branch dropped a bomb to 9 students with an email saying they are not going to write their NSC exams and they put all the blame on students. What a trauma to young children
