Incorrect Transcript

I have been trying to get my transcript from Damelin since the 19/09/2024. I have to follow up daily with them to then recieving an incomplete trancript with a number of results missing. Thankfully i had those and that has been corrected. I am now faced with my last semseter for 2019 which i do not have the results for and on my transcript it is showing at 0% and failed. its a daily fight to get this issue resolved with them and still nothing after being promised that I would have the corrected transcript by this morning. I am now going to miss being able to register somewhere else to continue my studies or I need to submit and incomplete transcript and redo a number of subjects. I find this extremely unfair on Damelins part.
