Inconpetence

Following up on my complaint earlier today, Allison August who is the supervisor of the exam department still has not attended to my urgent request. Numerous people in student services have escalated my emails to Allison August, who has not lifted a finger to help me. She is failing to do her job efficiently and my situation is proof of that as she is the one responsible for sending correspondence to the Department of Higher Education and Training. I should not be the one to follow up on what they are getting paid to do. Damelin Braamfontien is in need of more efficient staff!!
