I want my Refund

<p>I registered in Benoni last year for a course in PR then I requested a transfer to Boksburg. Due to an employment opportunity that risen, I could not come to study anymore. I had to defer my contract ( I sent a letter and necessary documents). I sent an application to get my refund because I have been paying the fees until October. The amount that was debited monthly was the one that I was invoiced for in Benoni. According to my knowledge, my transfer was not formally done and Boksburg Campus doesn’t have my record as my contract was not sent to them at the time. I am trying to attain my contract and I am taken from pillar to post from the sales admin in Benoni to accounts department in both branches. It has been over a month trying to sort all of this out. May you urgently assist before the matter is handed over to an attorney because I am running out of options. I have been calling and sending e-mails for a while now.
