I WANT MY MONEY

I have been waiting for my refund since last year October the 20th and to this date, I haven't received my refund. Instead of the refund they keep promising that they will process the payment which never happens. Jerome Neil Naidoo and Raksha Reddy promised that I would receive my money on the 5th June which did not happen and when I asked about my refund on the 10th June, I was told that there had been a delay in processing of refunds due to unforeseen circumstances and promised that it would be processed by the 18th June 2021, still nothing came through on the day. I have called Raksha today and she does not pick up my calls. I have also sent an email to them asking about my money and no one has responded yet.
