I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

It's frustrating knowing that it's over 4 months since I requested for a refund and in the last month whenever I email the refund department all I get back is that they are waiting for feedback from the finance department... This is pathetic... I was told it takes 3 months to get my refund, however 4.5 months later and I am still waiting. Damelin is quick to take my money but slow to do their job... I'll never recommend anyone to go study there. It's always me who needs to follow up but no-one there seems to contact me and give me an exact date when I will be getting my money back. This is the first place I've dealt with where it takes so damn long to refund someone... I will never recommend anyone to go to Damelin after this pathetic experience!!!!
