I want my money back

I have been a part-time student with Damelin Braamfontein since 2018. The journey has been nothing but a very tiresome one. I would pay my fees in full and on time but be the last one to receive my study material even after those who had only paid registration. Lack of communication is one of the things I had to deal with, they would cancel classes and not inform the students, only for us to drive all the away to campus to be told on arrival that classes were cancelled. During lockdown, we were told that there were virtual classes which I was never a part of and whenever they decided that there would be class (this is after the lockdown had been lifted) on a particular Saturday, we would only be informed at around 5pm on a Friday and the excuse would be that whoever was sending notifications to the groups had forgotten about our group. I had registered for another module which was supposed to start soon after the 1st trimester module, to date no one is saying anything about the commencement of classes. I had already paid the full amount for that module and since the 28th August 2020 have been sending emails to the institution requesting a refund so that I could register else as I have had it with the attitude, I have persevered for the past 2 and a half years and instead of their service getting better, it has gotten worse. All I am asking for right now is my money back. I have been sending emails twice a week and there hasn't been any response from the institution. Most student who I started the course with ended up leaving the institution because of the treated we received, the attitude towards the very same people who bring in the money is appalling. All I want is my money back as I am done with Damelin Braamfontein.
