I have registered my daughter to study at Damelin and paid the amount of R4000

Damelin to pay my I need pay back as we don't want to continue study there,and they ask me why of which i have explain to the and the ask me to send the letter stating that last week i call the student consultant he told me he did submitted my document week pass and yesterday i went just to find out how far and Ashley the student adviser call the manager and i explain again, to my suprise he said to me did they told me that the process it will take two or three months to pay back my deposit i would like to know why as i need the cash ASAP. Please help.
