I don't advise anyone to dtydy through yhe Damelin institute

I am a part-time student with Damelin since i joined the institute (2020), i have not been happy with the service we are receiving from the institute.

Everytime we have to get service we have to fight/argue with the staff for days if not weeks in order for us to receive what we're looking for.

I have been asking for a formal letter to forward to my bursar for the test since the 09.09.2022, today (26.09.2022) when I called this morning I was advised I will get the letter Zanele Mahlaba (admin)will email it to me. I have literally been calling and sending emails the whole day.

Since the phone and the emails were not being answered anymore and I went to the Braamfontein campus and Zanele advised me that she was busy today and she was leaving, she will do the letter sometime tomorrow (the following day). I left the campus without any assistance.

I am not happy with the service we are being given by Damelin, this is not the first, second or third time but it happens all the time service has to be provided we have to go through a hassle before we can get what we're looking for.

My bursar already knows when it's time for test, exam or results I will always have excuses. However, they do their part of the service by paying on time to the institute.
