Horrible experience, yet again, at Damelin Randburg

<p>I am trying to get transcripts from Damelin Randburg and it is positively impossible. Not only am I met with this request with complete incompetence, but with such rudeness. The guy that I am dealing with seems to feel that he needs to educate me. He is punishing me for asking for my transcripts, like I have just ruined his day for asking him to do his job. What on earth did I pay R20 000 + a year for at this institution? </p> <p>I am appaled by his rudeness, his lack of compitemce and the fact that I can not get something as simple as my transcripts from this institution. And again the rudeness. </p> <p>He is the second person I have gone out of my way with to be nice to (AS THE CUSTOMER) that has treated me with no more respect than a piece of dirt. </p>
