Horrible communication

<p>I love this school like everyone is very helpful and caring. The lecturers are wonderful. But the admin at Damelin Randburg is so horrible. Like their consultants are rude, like I almost wasn't registered at one stage, my documents were lost more than once. I never got notified about any information regarding the school, eg when school started, when results were issued. Other students received sms's and emails regarding these things, so I got a annual schedule so not such a big issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>But this time was just unacceptable. The school did not inform me when my graduation was taking place or where I needed to get my gown and cap. So I missed my graduation, which I completely feel is utter nonsense. </p> <p> </p> <p>And I was told our graduation would take place around end of April or in May.</p> <p> </p> <p>My sister even called to give them a piece of her mind. They sent my sister an email, with a list of names and numbers of the people they smsed about the graduation. My name was on the list and my phone number was correct but I did not receive the sms.</p> <p> </p> <p>The lady from Damelin proceeded to say I could register to graduate next year?!?! Like are you kidding me I waited to graduate with my class not with another class. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think this was highly unfair.</p> <p>This may be true or false but I heard that many students did not know about the graduation.</p> <p> </p> <p>I truly am disappointed. </p>
