Grading system, Service and overall performance

Firstly I’d like to start with the grading system, it makes no sense that all the assignments and test we’ve written throughout the year don’t even contribute to your final mark, the only thing that counts is your final exam and thats it

Secondly, Damalin staff members have to be the worst staff members I’ve ever encountered, on your first day at that school they portray themselves as friendly and will even go as far as saying they will help you with whatever you may be struggling with, once you ask for help from any of them, they catch an attitude and won’t even provide you with any sort of helpful information, you are basically alone at that school, you going to have to figure it all out by yourself.

Thirdly they will call you everyday reminding you to pay your school fees but they fail to give us our refunds

I wouldn’t be surprised if that schools shuts down tomorrow, there’s no saving it from here, their management has failed to meet the standard they were once chasing

If you ever considering taking your child to Damelin, please i urge you to reconsider and take them somewhere else, online courses are much better than going to Damelin
