I had to write my exam last friday, but was booked off sick and provided them with the doctors letter. They confirmed that they are happy with it, and gave me a new exam date, which should be tomorrow. Today, I mailed them to ask what time I should attend, to write my exam; to which they reply that I will only be writing the last friday of this month (whithout notifying me at all!!!). And they now want me to pay an extra fee, even though I have paid for the full course and exam in full! They do not answer their phone and seem to not care about delivering anything worthwhile at all when it comes to service.
