Education blockage

My Wife Precious registered with Damelin for her matric rewrite for two subjects in 2023, she was accepted by the institution and asked to get a high school or adult correspondence center where she will write her exams. We found Kagiso center in the West rand and she registered for he final exams with the center Damelin asked for us to send them Proof of registration we emailed to them as they will be preparing the student for quarterly trials Precious recieved quarterly marks on email from damelin and sat for her exam papers all of them at the Kagiso Center

To our suprise in January when we went to collect her results they said to us thy not available we vallled the department of education in westrand and they said they have her results but need her SBA marks which Damelin was supposed to submit to the department of education and westrand district which Kagiso Center belongs under

I have been calling Damelin and sending endless emails from 13 January we are send from pillar to post about where they submitted her results we have a serious problem as who to talk to about this the phone just rings no answer to it I feel thy not looking to help us and a year wasted will turn into two years of waste They failing to tell us where they send the SBA result to and who send them out from their departments

We only getting email respond that the matter has been escalated to who we don’t know and when will the person respond no time frame given to us
