Dream shattered

Every student that is enrolled at a higher education institution hopes that one day they will graduate and attend the ceremony, well not at Damelin Boksberg. I paid my school fees in full in 2012 but in 2013 my mother passed away and couldn't pay anymore, I then had to make other arrangements on how to pay the fees, I explained my case with the General manager Lucas and he told me that its fine I can still enroll for 3rd year even though my school fees payments will be interrupted, I then asked Maryna if i will be able to graduate and attend the ceremony by the time I complete my studies and she said yes but I will not receive my degree until I have paid my school fees in full. Precious informed me that I have passed all my modules and I will be able to attend the ceremony. Day before Graduation Maryna emails me that I will not be able to attend anymore due to outstanding schoolfees but accounts is able to see that my account is being paid every month, I wish that they had told me from the start that I will not be able to attend the ceremony instead of giving me false hope. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by the staffs lack of Knowledge and incompetence!
