Don't waste your time complaining about Damelin, it doesnt get you anywhere.

I highly doubt the college actually takes any of the complaints seriously. I have posted my complaint a few months back regarding the mess up with my account as I was debited even after I settled my account and was assured that the debit order was cancelled - and yet I got debited again and since then had zero corrospondence regarding my refund. Even though the college has someone dedicated to sending a predetermined message asking for student numbers and email addresses, again assuring people that the issue will get some sort of attention, and yet months down the line and yet still nothing from anyone at the college... Does anyone at Damelin besides the debtors department do any work, are they even a functioning college? No one responds to any of the emails you send requesting updates on issues in which the college has made the mistake, you are simply ignored...Do not study through Damelin, Do not waste your time attempting to get any correspondence back from them. There are hundreds of bad reviews about the college on this forum, and yet less than nothing is done about it. They simply do not care about anyone or thei drive to study and better themselves - and they make that very clear in their lack of communication and determination to resolve the issues in which they are at fault.
