DO NOT REGISTER WITH DAMELIN

Damelin does not even deserve a star. I have been waiting for my refund since last year October. All paperwork was sent through as requested and their policy states that it takes 90 days for a refund to be processed, 90 days has gone by and I still haven't received my refund let alone any communication from the institution. The Department of Higher Education and Training should intervene as this institution does not take their customers serious. One institution can't have so many people complaining about their service the way Damelin has. I am not sure if we have an Ombudsman for the Higher Education and Training sector because there surely is a need here.
