Disgusted, Disappointed and Outraged

If I could give them negative stars I would. The treatment of the students/customers is horrific and it is surprising that they are still in business. Well, if you take into consideration that they refuse to refund any of their students, you have an answer! I have been battling for almost four months now to cancel my course and obtain a refund. The reason for my wish to cancel is even more concerning. They **** to me about the degree I was applying for. The assured me that it was SAICA registered, however, after further research and assistance from those who have completed their qualifications - I found out this isn't true. They refuse to answer phone calls, or to reply to emails. Even their debt collectors are more understanding and are actually willing to help me contact them. Unfortunately, it has come to the point where I am going to take legal action. I will not give up fighting with them as they deserve to learn that their treatment of customers/students is unacceptable and also that this is no way to operate an educational institution.
