Disgraceful service and no reply

I have sent through all my documentation on the 14th of Dec 2021. I still have no login details to date. After I have paid the deposit and had two debit orders go off. I canceled but they refuse to answer my emails or send me the refund form. This is a ****. They only in it to take everybody's money. Disgraceful service. I will be taking this further.
