Disappointed Student

I've inquired regarding online Courses online, and managed to find the course I was looking for at DAMELIN online. I've immediately enquired and paid for the course in full. Firstly, i was pressured to make payment to qualify for the discount! The same lady that i dealt with, i battled to get a response from her as to when and where to start ! It took over two months for any feedback. Eventually i was explained how.

Then, I was informed that Samuel will be the online lecturer. As soon as i send an email , it takes days for a reply! When he tries to phone me, and i missed the call, it could not get through to him. The one night he tried to phone me 21:32pm at night! which is very unprofessional to say the least.

then, eventually I've asked how to submit my work - Samuel said to him , then another email i got instructions from someone else how to submit online!

I've sent Samuel questions i need help with, now three weeks later, no reply or help whatsoever!

But I've been warned - now that I've paid in full, the lack of communication even worse!

You wasting my time and I DEMAND a refund in FULL. Should I not get my refund, I will get my lawyer to take this further !

This have left a bad taste in my mouth, and definitely not interested to deal with inappropriate people!
