Damelin's poor service

I am very disappointed with the service that i have received from Damelin since last year July due to a refund that is owed to me.My son started attending Damelin Randburg Campus since 2017 and he had study assistance from the company that I work for.Each and every beginning of the year I had to pay in the registration fee before my company could pay thus as to avoid delays.I have been doing that since he started attending there.This resulted in me always having some money owed to me as my company would pay in all the tuition fees including registration.This has been going on for the past three years that he was there.Since last year was his final year and i had a balance owed to me,i contacted Damelin requesting that I be refunded all amounts owed to me and they sent through some forms for me to complete for a claim to be put through. I did all that and even did a telephonic follow up to check if they were received. I was reassured from the accounts department that they did receive my documents and would be processing the claim and refund the money within 4 weeks.On four weeks lapsing I was I called to follow up and was put through to speak to Zinhle Nzimande who made constant promises that I will receive my money that very week on a Friday.That is the response she gave me each time I would call.I was eventually put through to Felicia who I believe is the supervisor and she promised again that i will be paid on a Friday.That was more than a week ago and as I type this I am still to get my money.I went as far as contacting their complaints department and all I receive are promises that are not only empty but useless to me because that is my money.I have over R4000 sitting in their account which I have been begging and groveling for someone to acknowledge me and pay it back.The annoying thing is i keep using money to get through to these people and seemingly no one cares.I have to say that as much as my son studied there their level of service is not only anger inducing but disgusting as well.
