Damelin's 90 days to refund

After almost 3 months of trying to get a refund from Damelin the student advisor by the name of Nicolene Van Aarde finally decided to respond to my countless emails but instead of giving me all the details on how do I get my refund I kept having to do follow ups and ask her to clarify on the procedure and only then was I told that I was supposed to take this up with the Accounts department, A week after I was told to follow this up with Accounts, I then asked that she sends me details of who to contact in Accounts or just send the email to the relevant person and cc me on the email and there was no response again until I followed up yesterday and today she sent me forms to fill in but the form stipulates that it will take 3 months for them to process the refund meaning that by the time I get my refund it would have taken me 60 days to get my money back simply because of the level of unprofessionalism happening at Damelin.
