Damelin/Educor - This is not how you treat people! Please do what's right!

My son was enrolled in Damelin Randburg. The lecturer left and no other lecturer was assigned. Then Educor was delisted and I decided to take him and look for another institution. I had to pay this new institution a despit and additional fees. I instructed Damelin to refund my deposit and cancel the account as I am not owing and paid for the time my son was the college. They have not done so since March. Each month I get a statement. I have now been listed as a slow payer and this effects my credit score to apply for anything. I have spoken to Damelin Randburg, Edcor and sent numerous emails. Still nothing! This is so stressful and upsetting!!! Yolani was the previous branch manager which didn't assist and now the new branch manager Kemi- What is going now and why is this taking almost a full year to resolve!
